Really good Stay Near the Station
modern design coffee machine comfortable bed convenient location
The room had a modern design. A coffee machine was a great bonus. The bed was very comfortable. I also found the location convenient, only a short walk from the train station.
The hotel's proximity to the train station means there is a bit of street noise at times.

The hotel provides complimentary ginger biscuits, apples and tangerines in the reception area. This is a nice touch. Christmas decorations were on display . The hotel has a modern look.

The reception staff offered recommendations for local restaurants. The staff was also helpful with directions to my room in the annex building. They provided good service overall. Air conditioning worked well.

The room had a useful coffee machine with extra capsules. The cleaning service refreshed the room, providing new water, coffee, and dental kits. I appreciated its proximity to Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny. Access to the city center was easy with a direct transportation option.
The hotel parking was somewhat expensive.

Staff members were kind and professional. Everything was prepared upon my arrival. I did not request anything extra because the room had all necessary items, such as towels and toiletries. It was a complete service.

Breakfast included many fresh fruits. The hotel did not have fresh juices. Pancakes were available, though they had been prepared in advance and kept warm in a pot. They were a bit soft to my liking.

the breakfast offered varied and delicious options, a large selection catered to different tastes. my room featured heated bathroom floors, a detail i appreciated. the window provided a beautiful view from my room.

tech amenities arcade games pool table
i really enjoyed the tech amenities IN the room. i could link my phone to the tv. side tables had built in chargers. the gym and sauna were nice. i spent some time playing pool and arcade games. that was a cool touch for something fun to do.

The hotel room was super clean and cozy. I also found the breakfast to be very good with many options available at the restaurant. I really enjoyed having a good choice of meals and drinks.
The staff made a few mistakes with my room service order. they were quick to fix it and offered compensation.

The hotel is near bus and tram stops, a short walk from the old town, about 10 to 15 minutes. It is easy and cheap to access various parts of the city and its surroundings, and also is quite close to the train station.

The rooms provide great space including the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and large. A superior blind system assists with relaxation at night and during the day.
The staff was polite. they were not warm or friendly.
